PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES
IACE 2025 offers several publication opportunities for authors:
1. Conference Proceedings: Papers accepted for oral presentations will be published in the AIP Conference Proceedings, which is indexed in Scopus and ISI.
2. Scopus/Refereed Journals: Selected authors may be invited to submit an extended version of their manuscript to one of the following Scopus-indexed or refereed journals. Publication is contingent on the journal's editorial board approval, and additional fees may be required.

- Journal of Advanced Research in Applied Sciences and Engineering Technology
- Applied Mathematics and Information Sciences
- Journal of Statistics Applications and Probability

Refereed Journals include:

3. Book Chapters: Authors may also have the opportunity to contribute chapters to books published by UUM Press, Springer, or Taylor & Francis, though additional costs may apply.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
Here are the full paper submission guidelines for the IACE 2025 conference proceedings in the AIP Conference Proceedings:
Manuscript Preparation Instructions:
1. Template:
- Download and use the appropriate template for MS Word or LaTex:

2. Formatting Requirements:
- No page numbers or headers/footers should be added.
- Do not alter margins; use the provided template's default settings.
- Paper size: 8.5 x 11 inches.
- Include author's name and full affiliation (including country).
- Graphics and diagrams must be clear, legible, and fit within the margins.
- No use of copyrighted material unless permission is obtained and credit is given.
- All pages should be in portrait
3. Content Specifications:
- Follow the sample reference guidelines in the template package for references. Only complete references can be linked.
- Embed all fonts in your PDF manuscript.
- Paper must be written in English, with a maximum length of 6 single-spaced pages (including abstract, references, tables, figures, and appendices).
- The paper must have a similarity index of less than 20%.
- Each additional page beyond 6 will incur a fee of MYR150 per page.
4. Submission Deadline:
- To be included in the proceedings and program, at least one author must register and pay the conference fees by 30th June 2025 (registration link to be provided).

- Final PDF with fonts embedded.
- Copies of permissions for reusing copyrighted materials.
