Research Interest

Izwan is a lecturer and researcher at the Department of Decision Science, School of Quantitative Sciences, Universiti Utara Malaysia. He received his PhD from Curtin University, Perth, Australia in 2012. His research areas mainly focuses on data mining especially the quality issues, measures of interestingness, evaluation and application of data mining models. He also have a great interest in solving problems in diverse area using data mining, decision support system and statistical techniques.
